Aikens Stadium is the new home of the Shenandoah University women’s lacrosse and field hockey programs. The stadium was constructed in summer, 2022, with an artificial turf from FieldTurf, lights, and a press box.
Glo Fiber Field at Shentel Stadium was constructed in 2001 with additions of a press box in 2002, a Route 50 access road in 2004, a game-day locker room in 2006 and an artificial turf in-fill system in 2008 and was redone in 2018.

Kernstown Battlefield is located five minutes from Shenandoah University’s campus on Valley Ave (RT 11). Kernstown Battlefield is a preserved Civil War battlefield and the XC courses are maintained year-round for excellent footing conditions.

Jim Barnett Park is home to the Shenandoah University baseball and softball programs. The park features 170 acres of park land including baseball’s stadium, Kevin Anderson Field at Bridgeforth Stadium, and softball’s stadium, Rotary Field.

The Lowry Tennis Court Complex is located inside Jim Barnett Park, on University Drive as you head into the heart of campus. The complex holds eight courts that were resurfaced in the summer of 2019.
